1. Who we are

Rahim Invest Sàrl ("Rahim Invest", "we", "us") is a Swiss fiduciary company at Rue du Port-Franc 2A, 1003 Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland (UID CHE-406.056.739), and a member of the FINMA-supervised VQF Self-Regulatory Organisation (№ 101332). 2. Personal data we collect

When you complete our Swiss Bankability Screen, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, telephone number, citizenship, country of tax residence, country of residence, account type, approximate amount, main source of wealth, objective, timing, and any additional message. When you use our website, we may also collect technical data such as your IP address and device and browser information.

3. Sources of personal data

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete a form or contact us, and automatically from your device when you visit our website. Where relevant to our regulatory obligations, we may also receive information from your advisers or from publicly available sources.

4. Why we process your data

We process your personal data to take steps at your request before any relationship begins (preparing your preliminary screening and answering your enquiry); to pursue our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our website and services; to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including Swiss anti-money-laundering law; and, where you have agreed, to send you our insights by email.

5. Sharing your data

We share your data only with our authorised personnel and with service providers who process it on our instructions and under confidentiality. If you become a client, we may also share data with the banks we work with, professional advisers and authorities to the extent needed to provide our services or required by law. We never sell your personal data.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside Switzerland. Where we transfer personal data to a country that does not offer an equivalent level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Swiss Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfer only to countries recognised as adequate by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Data security and retention

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, and we keep it only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. If you become a client, Swiss anti-money-laundering law requires us to retain the relationship file for ten years after the relationship ends; other data is deleted or anonymised once no longer needed.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data and its correction or deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, ask for portability, and withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, write to admin@rahiminvest.ch; we may ask you to verify your identity.

9. Our website

Our website is hosted and delivered by specialist service providers on our behalf. The screening form sets no non-essential cookies; if we later use analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will describe them and offer you a choice. We take reasonable measures to protect data transmitted through the site.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This policy and any processing of your personal data are governed by Swiss law. The competent courts are those of the Canton of Vaud, Lausanne, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on our website is the one currently in force.
